- Just like with any other PDF file,…a LiveCycle form needs metadata added to the file…for accessibility purposes.…This can't be accomplished in Acrobat,…so let me show you how to add this information…in Adobe LiveCycle Designer.…So, I've launched Adobe LiveCycle Designer on my computer,…and I'm going to click on the Open Form button,…if you have the Welcome screen open.…Otherwise, we can just go to the File menu and choose Open.…In the 0502 folder,…I'm going to open the Metadata.pdf file.…
Now, I want to quickly point out that I'm running…LiveCycle ES4 Service Pack 1…and that's currently the latest version of LiveCycle.…A lot of what I'm showing you in this chapter…is going to be applicable to previous versions,…with only one or two exceptions,…so I'll try to point that out when it pops up.…Now, with this file open, to add metadata to it,…I'm going to come over here to the File menu,…and I'm going to choose Form Properties.…Right here in the first category in the left…is the Info category,…and you'll see a lot of the information…
