- [Instructor] Let's take a quick look at the Quote Pad screen. Very bottom right-hand corner, click on the tab and you'll open it up. It looks a lot like a word-processing document or a Word document. And in a lot of cases, it is. However, it has the ability to use field codes, or information from the estimate into a proposal form. Now, you can easily customize this however you like. You could put your logo on it, you could put the terms and conditions that you want to put in it. However, when you go to print it, instead of these handy field code signs, you'll get the actual information as you entered it into the different tabs, like the Job Information tab or the notes. Even the final price and job name will come up as long as you have some information to come over from the estimate. Give this form a try. I think you'll really like it.
