You see all my different types of direct labor? We've assigned the crew 100% at this journeymen rate for the hours. But if I wanted to split it up and maybe put a third year apprentice in here, I could call this 50 and this 50, and I'll get 100% total at the bottom. Now you have to be careful here 'cause you can actually over-assign your crew. I could make this 60 and this 60 and ChangeOrder will accept that for whatever reason you might want to do that. I'll go back to 50. I'll go back to 50 here. Let's say I want to add a little bit more labor. Maybe I think it'll take my general foreman two hours to lay out this work. And since it's not part of the productive labor in the extension screen, the 28.21 hours, they're added as extra hours and even reflected as a crew size percentage.
