Join Elizabeth Haverfield for an in-depth discussion in this video Using the Help Centre, part of MYOB AccountRight: Reporting Necessities.
MYOB AccountRight has a comprehensive…online help system available called SearchHelp.…The SearchHelp option can be accessed from the Help menu on the Menu bar.…This comprehensive help system runs within the web browser, and gives easy…access to product help, support notes, and the most visited topics and more.…These are constantly updated.…The help center can be accessed in a number of ways.…
Clicking on to the question mark on the top right hand corner of…the Command center will take us directly…into the Accounts command center help area.…You can navigate the screen by moving up and down…the navigation area to see that topic that you're searching for.…Using the F1 button on the keyboard is another great way of commencing help.…It's also taken us into the Accounts Command Centre.…And you can use the left side navigation.…A great way of ensuring that your help is up…to date is by going to the Setup, down to Preferences.…
And ensuring on your System tab that you have the option…I prefer to use help from the internet rather than my computer…
