Printing the reconciliation report

Printing the reconciliation report

In our previous video, we mentioned that step three, reconciling, you could've printed a report for your bank reconciliation. If you've missed that opportunity or you've lost your report, here are the steps to now print the bank reconciliation report. From the Reports area, click onto Banking. Once the list appears, we need to choose the Reconciliation Report and our statement date is the 31st of January, 2015. We're going to leave it as all accounts and display it to screen. We will then see our account information, our bank account details, the last reconciled balance, all the reconciled checks, reconciled deposits. If there were unpresented checks or unpresented deposits, they would also appear. And, then we have our summary section showing all of the figures reconciled to $13,556.75. You could print this report or do a PDF copy of the report and save it to your computer for your records. Today, we'll just close, cancel out of the reports list, and return back to the command…
