At times there is a need to modify a customized report.…In our reports, and on our Custom…tab, we created a cash disbursments monthly report.…Let's display it to screen.…This report has the ID, account number, account name, debit and credit.…We'll just expand out our account number a little bit more.…Just to give it a little bit more room.…Down in our customized area, we'd like to go back into report fields…and scroll down a little bit further to turn on the memo field.…
If we now display this to screen, we'll see our memo appearing…in the far right column.…I'd like to now save to replace the original…customized report that we had with this new Memo column.…Let's Save As, it still needs to be called Cash Disbursements Monthly.…And it displays the transactions assigned to the…Cash Disbursements Journal within a date range monthly.…Let's click OK.…The message pops up saying, do you want to overwrite it?…Yes we do. So we click OK.…
Let's close back to the index to report screen.…And now re-display the report for January.…
