- [Instructor] Bringing in data from Access or really any data system has never been easier. Let's take a look at how to work with that data now that we've created the external connections to our database. Okay, so again, on the right hand side, we see the queries and connection. Let me show you how to retrieve this if you close it. So I'm going to hit X to close query and connections, and then on the data tab, I'm going to choose the query and connections button. Again, our ribbon sizes itself based on our screen. So you may see a fuller display. That's just a little bitty query and connections button. Okay, and again we hover over and we can see options. So what I want to do now is load my base query. I'm going to right click on the base query, I'm going to choose load to, I'm going to load it to a table, and I can put it in the existing worksheet, or a new worksheet.
