To get the most out of this course, you should have a basic understanding of the Windows operating system and how to work with files and launch applications. Though familiarity with other programs in the Microsoft Office suite will be helpful, no prior experience with databases is needed.
- [Instructor] To get the most out of this course, I only expect that you are familiar with the Windows operating system, working with files and launching applications. If you have some experience with other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, then that would be helpful but it's not required. Also no prior database knowledge will be needed as I'll be starting at the beginning and we'll work our way through everything that you need to know to get started in Access.
