Viewing single or continuous forms

When you create a new form, by default it shows one record at a time. But if your records have very little data, it might help to see them in one continuous stream. I am looking at my Products list in my Forms list, and I'll go over to the Design View. Open up your Property Sheet if it's not already open. I'll click in the gray bar on the left -hand side to select the entire form. You want to make sure that it says Form in this dropdown right here. Go to the Format tab, and the second option down is Default View. Right now, it says Single Form, and that's why I see one record at a time.

I'll drop this down and change it to Continuous Form, and I get a message saying: To apply this change, close and reopen the form or report. I'll close the form. I'll save the changes, and the next time I open it, all my products show all in a long list. Now note that this option is not available if your form contains a subform.
