- [Instructor] The Form Wizard will walk us through some additional options that we have when creating a form, giving us more flexibility in how the form is organized than the simple one click method. Let's create another form based off of our "Guests" table. To do that, I'll come up to the "Create" tab and in the "Forms" group I'll click on the button that says "Form Wizard". We'll start with a screen that might look a little familiar to you. We saw the same thing when we were working with the Query Wizard, and essentially that's what we're doing here. We're gonna use a query to assemble the data for the form. We're gonna pull fields from a number of different tables here, starting with the "Guests" table. So, go ahead and select that in the drop-down menu. From the "Guests" table I'm gonna add the first name, go ahead and select it and move that over, the last name, the email address and the phone fields.
