- [Instructor] Welcome to the solution video for the chapter five challenge. For this challenge, we used the 05_05 Challenge Database. In a challenge you should complete all of the tasks in under seven minutes. We have a lot to do, so let's go ahead and get started. Our first task is to save the file as my 05_05 Challenge in the chapter five folder. I'll go to file and save as, and navigate back to that chapter five folder on my desktop, change the document title, and click save. Enable my content, and we'll mark number one as done. Number two, create a form from the customers information table. Display all fields in tabular layout. We're going to go ahead and use the form wizard. Make sure that we have the customers information form selected, we're including all fields. I'll click next, we want it in tabular layout, I'll click next, and we want to name the form customers form. I'll click finish and there's our new form. Let's make a couple of changes.
