- [Instructor] Sharing your Access data and reports with collaborators is really easy. Open up the database file 04_03_Sharing to follow along with me. What you're looking at here is a completed database for California's employment history since the year 1990. We have some data tables here. We also have a query. And lastly, we have a couple of reports that have already been created. Let's go ahead and open up the yearly summary report, which is a tabular report. Under the external data menu you'll notice that we have a number of options here for exporting the report. We can email the file to other users. Let's go ahead and click on cancel for now. We can also export the file to Excel. Once again, let's click on cancel. What we're actually going to do is export the file as a PDF by clicking on this button here. When the dialogue box appears we can choose to save the file to a different folder. I'm just going to leave…
