- [Voiceover] Before we can design our report for printing on the I-9 employment eligibility document, we need to gather the data that we want to print. In this case, we're going to make a simple form that will allow our end user to select the employee they're interested in, and then we'll hook that into a query that will then populate the report. Let's add these fields into our main menu document. I'll right click on it here, in the navigation pane, and open it straight into design view. Then, we're going to use a combo box to select our employee. I'll grab one out of the controls group, then come down here in the form and click to add it. Now, I want to build this manually instead of using the wizard, so I'll probably cancel, and that will leave me with an unbound combo box, here. We can then go to the data tab, and take a look at this Rose Source property. The Rose Source is what will show up when we open up the combo box by pressing on the downward pointing arrow.
