- [Voiceover] When it comes to displaying data in your forms, there are three objects which you'll use most often. They're the text box, the combo box, and the list box. Because these three controls work with data, we'll have to connect our blank form to a data source if they'll work properly. I would like to connect this form to our feedback table, so let's take a quick look at it. Inside the feedback table, we have five records. The first column is the ID for the record, then it's followed by the product ID for the product that's being reviewed, the ID number of the customer that left the feedback, a column for the rating, a column denoting whether we can use this feedback publicly, as well as a column denoting the actual feedback that was left. Let's go ahead and close this down. I'd like to start a new form in design view by going to the create tab and choosing form design here.
