- [Voiceover] I've gone ahead and added some additional contacts and tasks to our Land and Hotel Task Manager Database. Here on the main form, you can see that they are listed based off the priority, with the highest priority task listed here at the top. Using a report we can view this same information in alternate ways. The reports that came with this template can be found in either the main form area here underneath this Report drop-down menu. And this is created as a custom interact development. Or we can always go over to the navigation pane and scroll down to find all of the reports listed here. I'm going to find the report called "Tasks by Assigned To" and double-click on it to open it. This report groups the tasks by the person, so I can quickly see who in the organization might be over tasked and who might be able to take on some additional responsibilities. I add each employees name listed here, followed by a listing of all the tasks that have been assigned to them. At the…
