- [Narrator] In this video, I want to talk about how you can share the data in your database by using Print and Export. First, we'll look at how we can print a report. And I'm going to focus on using Print Preview so you can always make sure that your reports are going to print exactly the way you want them to so we don't waste time and paper. I speak from experience, by the way. Next we'll talk about how to print an individual record, and to do that, we'll open up the form that has our vendor information in it, and just print off the contact information for one vendor. Then we'll look at how we can export data from a report right into Excel. That's a great way to share your information with other users who might not have access. Finally, we'll save our entire database as a template so that you can use this structure over and over again. Let's take a look at our 02_05 Print_Export database.
