Print the blueprint of your database
- [Instructor] Occasionally, you may need to provide a written set of specifications on how your database was created, and all the details about what makes it tick. A tool called the Database Documenter makes that task as easy as pressing the print button. You'll find it underneath the Database Tools tab in this section called Analyze at the top. Clicking on the Database Documenter will open up this window that'll allow you to select all the different objects from your database. Notice that they're grouped into groups here based off of object type. We have Tables, Queries, Forms, and so on. You can check on as many of objects as you want. Lemme go ahead and choose the Tables section, and I'll check on the Guests table, and we'll go to Queries and we'll check on the CheckInAnalysis query. Once you've selected all the objects that you wanna document, go ahead and press the OK button, and Access will generate a report and open it up in Print Preview mode.
