Start paying close attention to the experience you have completing forms on the internet or interacting with the screen on your phone or tablet. If you find an unusually well-laid out financial report, take a few minutes to pick it apart and figure out what really works about it. Inspiration on how to create a better interactive experience for your end users is literally all around you.
