- [Instructor] One of the best things about forms is the ability to show just one record at a time. That may be the biggest reason that people create forms in the first place. Because working in Datasheet view is way too difficult to navigate. It's a nightmare. So generally, people are really relieved to have a form where they can just look at one record at a time, and they don't have to move from cell to cell and worry about which row they're in and all of that. However, there is the ability to create a form that shows more than one record at a time. And let me build one for you, and then I'm gonna show you why it's not just as bad as Datasheet view. And I'll show you how it's actually a good kind of form to build, in some cases. So I'm starting by clicking on, but not opening, the table on which the new form should be based, and then I'm going to the Create tab.
