Launch the Main Menu form at startup

- [Voiceover] Now that our main menu handles all of the navigation throughout our database, we can make sure that end-users know exactly where to start by opening the main menu when the database launches. In order to do this, we'll come up here to the File tab, and we'll come down to Options. From the Options screen, we'll choose Current Database here, and then we'll come and find this property here called Display Form. It's currently set to None. Let's go ahead and change it to Main Menu. This will launch the main menu as soon as the database opens. Now if I really want to keep people out of the navigation pane on the lefthand side, what I can do is scroll down a little bit, and find this property here called Display Navigation Pane. I'll go ahead and turn that checkbox off. Doing so will keep the navigation pane from opening automatically when the database opens. Let's go ahead and say okay to that, and we'll see this message here that says we need to close the database and reopen…
