Import data from an Excel workbook

- [Voiceover] If you already have data stored in a spreadsheet, then there's no reason to manually recreate it in Access. You could use the tools available on the External Data tab of the ribbon, to bring that data in, and create the tables to store it, in one step. Right now, I'm looking at the guests Excel file from the chapter two folder of the exercise files. I'd like to import this data about the Landon Hotel's guests into the Access Database that we started in the last movie. In order to streamline the process, I wanna verify that the first row in the spreadsheet contains the names that I want applied to the columns in Access. I also wanna verify that the data that I wanna import, will start on row two here, in Excel. Finally, I wanna make sure that there aren't any extraneous values typed into other portions of the Excel worksheet, which might confuse the import procedure.
