Hiding fields in printouts

You may have fields in your Database that you need for usage, but they don't belong on your printouts. You can specify your fields appeared just onscreen, just in the printouts or both, which is the default. Scroll down in the Navigation pane and open up the Customer Order Form. Up in the corner we have a Flag field that we use to mark records to take action on them. But no matter whether they're checked or not, they are not necessary on the printout, in fact, it could be confusing, so let's hide them on the printouts. Switchover to the Design View, I am going to use the little button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Turn on the Property Sheet, either from this button on the ribbon or by pressing F4 on your keyboard. Click on the Flag label and hold the Shift key down and click on the check mark as well so that both of the two are highlighted.
