- [Instructor] Once we've created our report, we'll want to make sure that all of the labels and fields are being displayed correctly and that we've included all of the necessary data within the report. You may also want to include information in the header and footer of the report. In our 06_03 FormatReports.accdb, we'll be working with our vendor invoices report. Let's go ahead and go into Design View and change a couple of the captions in this report. For instance, instead of just Company as our company name header, let's go ahead and call it Company Name. With the label selected, I'll go over to my Properties Sheet and rename this Company Name. Also for the vendor ID, let's go ahead and add the pound sign after that for the vendor ID number. Also we do not need the vendor ID label to be this wide so I'm going to take the opportunity while we're in the Design View to go ahead and reduce the width of some of our labels and the fields.
