- [Voiceover] Let's continue working on the employee directory form that we started in the previous movie. I'm going to go ahead and double-click on it here in the navigation pane, to open it up. At this point, our directory is displaying information from the underlying data table. Now let's turn our attention to the format tab, by switching our view over here into design view, and taking a look at the format tab on the contextual portion of the ribbon. The format tab has many of the common formatting options that you may recognise from other programs, such as word or excel. On the far left-hand side, we have a section called selection. And using this drop-down list, we can select from all of the different elements that are already on the form. For instance, if I click on this one here, called department, it'll select the department field over here. I can also select other elements on the form that maybe are not so obvious. For instance, this one here, called label one, I'm not sure…
