- [Male Presenter] The main structure of our report is in place thanks to the group and sort window and now we just need to finalize the display of our data. I'll close the print preview to return to the design view. And all I need to do is apply some formulas that modify our order dates in these two header sections. To do that, I can either open up the property sheet and on the data tab affect the control source here, or I can type it right into the text box over here. Let's go into that option. The first one is going to use the year function to modify our order dates and just display the year and to do that I'll type in an equal sign, the name of the function which is year, I'll open a parenthesis and type in a square bracket and then we'll keep the order date reference, I'll type in a closing bracket at the end and a closing parenthesis.
