- [Voiceover] Our three elements, the Form, Query, and Report are now complete and it's time to provide the final piece of this for our end users to use. What I want to do is create a button over here on the Sales Analysis section of my Main Menu that'll automatically open up the report after we've made selections here. Let's go ahead and take our Main Menu Form into Design View and we'll add that button. I'll come up here to the Design tab and we'll find our Button control here. Go ahead and select it and come down here and I'll just click here to add it. The Command Button Wizard starts up and what we can do is come into our Report Operations and we can say Preview a Report. This'll open up the report in Print Preview mode. We'll go and say Next. I'll ask us which report we want to preview, and I'll choose the Sales by Sub-Region report that we've been working on. Go and press Next, then we get to define what appears on the button itself, either a Picture or a Text element. I'll…
