Creating forms for data storage in an Access requires special consideration due to Access’s on-the-fly method of saving new information. Closing a form with values in it automatically saves them to the data table even if that wasn’t the user’s intent. By creating buttons that are clearly labeled, Adam makes the interface more predictable.
