- [Instructor] Every object and control in Microsoft Access has a set of properties that can be defined to give you more control over your database. Queries and the fields within your queries are no exception. By understanding the options available within the query property sheets you'll gain more control over the queries that you construct. Let's take a look at them by right clicking on the Products with Alias query and opening it straight into Design View. There's a number of different ways that we can open the property sheet. We have a tumble button here on the ribbon that I can open and close it with. I can also right click in the table pane and choose properties from the pop-up menu, or you can use the alt-enter keyboard shortcut. Now depending on where you click inside of you query will define which properties we're looking at. If you click in the table pane, you'll take a look at the query properties, and if you click in any of the fields you'll see the properties for that…
