- [Voiceover] We've seen the print preview screen many times throughout this course, but we've never really stopped to look at the ribbon. Let's go ahead and take a look at our Customer Lifetime Sales report. I'll scroll down to find it, and I'll right click on it. Now we can jump straight into print preview with this option here at the bottom of the list. Now most of the buttons up here on the print preview tab are gonna be pretty obvious what they do. Here in the page size group, we have options to change our paper size. And you can see the default is US Letter size. We can change it to whatever we want. We can also set our margins. For this particular report, we have it set to narrow, which is a quarter inch on all sides, but we could change them to wide or normal if we'd like. We have the option of printing data only, and if you turn that on, your report will update to not include the color bars we have here in the background.
