- [Voiceover] The Design View of our form will provide us many more options to enhance the usability and style of the RoomAssignments form we created in the last movie. If your RoomAssignments form is open, you can change it into Design View by coming up here to the Home tab and pressing the View button here. Otherwise, come down to the Navigation pane and find it, give it a right click, and press Design View from the pop-up menu. When your view mode changes, you'll notice that there are three new tabs across the top of the ribbon. We have the Design tab, the Arrange tab, and the Format tab. The Design tab will allow you to place new objects on the form. The Arrange tab contains tools to help you line things up. And the Format tab? That'll help add some style and pizzazz to the finished form through font, color, and image options. The middle portion of the screen represents the layout of the various items that are on the form.
