Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

- [Presenter] At the very top of the interface, above the ribbon tabs, is a grouping of icons that are collectively called the quick access toolbar. This is an easy place that you can put shortcuts to the items that you use most often. The icons for save, undo, and redo are the default options, but you can add to this list by pressing the downward pointing arrow to the right. Here we can choose from some common options, for instance, new, open, email, quick print, and so on. We can also come down to the more commands option. This'll show me a long listing of popular commands with inside of Access. I can also the dropdown menu here at the top to choose all commands. And this'll show me everything that's available inside the entire program. Let's go ahead and add in a quick option to go into my query design view. I'll scroll down the list til I get to the Qs.
