- [Instructor] So you've sent out quotes to your customers and typically you give each customer a few days to review the quote, but you haven't heard back from them. So what's the next step in the sales process? Contact them to see if they have any questions about the quote, need anything else, and if they're ready to place an order. Now without the query we're about to create you would have no idea, other than just by recall, how many of your customers currently have a quote in the process, or have ever had a quote from you. Maybe somebody got a quote three weeks ago and you forgot all about them, and gee I wonder if they even got that thing. So to find out everybody you've sent a quote to we're gonna create a query that shows us just that, and then some contact info, so if the people who turn up in the list look like they're worth a phone call you can make a call right while the query results are on screen. So, I'm gonna go up here to Create, and click on the Query Design button…
