Creating mailing labels

It's easy to create a sheet of mailing labels from any of your tables. Click one time on Customers, go to the Create Ribbon, and then over here to Labels. It even has its own button. You can select the manufacturer of the box of labels that you have. I'm going to use Avery, and then from the list of Avery, I'm going to choose 5160, which is a standard label that you can find in any Office Supply Store. Click Next. Here, you can change the Font that you want. We're going to leave that on Arial.

You can change your Font Size. Let's go ahead and make this 9. You can change your Font Weight, anything from Thin to Heavy. We're going to make ours Normal. You can change your Text Color to any color that you'd like, but because we're on an black and white printer, we're going to stick to Black, and click OK. If you wanted you could also select Italics and Underline, but we are going to leave those off. Click Next. Now we're going to arrange our label. You have to...
