- [Voiceover] Using an unfamiliar database can be a daunting experience for new users. One way to flatten out some of the learning curve is to be very consistent in your use and placement of form controls and other elements in the database. Another way that you can help new users feel comfortable in the environment you've created is to provide context-sensitive help. We can do that by using pop-up tool tips and status bar messages. Let's add a couple to our H+ Sport database. Here on the Main Menu form, you might notice that if you hover your mouse over this Exit Database button, that you'll get a pop-up flag that says Quit App. These other three buttons over here, if you hover over them, simply say Open Form. These tooltips were created by the button wizard, which included those generic text. We can make this more specific to our usage here on the Main Menu by editing the text in the Property Sheet.
