- [Instructor] Sometimes, either you don't want anyone else who uses your database to be able to edit your data, or, even if you're the only one who's using the database, you want a form that lets you tab through and search your records, but not have to worry about making accidental edits as you use the form. And, that's where creating a read-only form comes in. All right, I've got a form on screen right now, the customer contact info, and it's something you'd just wanna quick pull up somebody's address. You don't want to edit it, necessarily, you can do that through the customers table. But, it's just a quick way to see just how do I get in touch with people, and, of course, their status is there. That's the only thing that's not pure contact info. So, I've got all that basic information and I wanna make this a read-only form though so that I don't accidentally change anything, or if I have someone else working in the database, they don't change something by mistake and then I can't…
