Create an AutoExec macro

- [Voiceover] Sometimes you're gonna want your databases to do several things on start up. Right now, we have our database options set to automatically open a splash screen form, and after a short time or delay, it triggers the main menu. I've got a copy of that here called the h plus sport auto exec. When I open it up, splash screen starts up, and after three seconds, it closes and the main menu starts. We can get similar functionality but with more flexibility using a special macro of the database to control the start up behavior rather than just launching it with the splash screen. Let's go ahead and close this database down and reopen it by holding down that shift key. What I want to do is come over here to the create tab and over on the far right, we'll find the macros and code section. I'm going to create new macro by clicking on that button here, and that will open me up in a new macro editing session. Now for this macro, I want it to do two things. I want to start up that…
