- [Instructor] Now that our query is built and the report is designed, it's time to build in the controls that will allow our end user to customize the report based off of the month and the region that they're interested in seeing. Instead of creating a brand new form, let's place those controls on the main menu that we started earlier in the course. I'm going to place a couple of combo boxes on the form so the user can select a month, select a region, and then press a button to open up the report in Print Preview Mode. Let's take this main menu into Design view, and I first need to make it a little bit wider so I have some more room to work. I'll just drag this over here to the eight-inch mark. And let's fix up the bottom while we're here. Okay with that little bit of housekeeping out of the way, we can come back up to the Controls group, and I'm going to scroll down and find a combo box control. Go ahead and click on it, and then come into the form and click to add in the combo box.…
