- [Voiceover] Our query is built. The report is designed. Now it's time to build out our navigation. Instead of creating a brand new form, let's place the controls for this Profit Summary Report directly on our main menu. I'll come over here in the Navigation Pane, and I'll find it, right click on it, and open it straight into Design View. Now, I'd like to add in the controls for our report, over here on the right hand side. Let's start with a Combo Box, where the user can select a month, they'd like to see. In the Design tab, in the ribbon, I'll come to the controls group, and grab a Combo Box. Then we'll come down here, and click to add it in. Here we have two options. We can have the Combo Box get values from another table or query, or we can type in the value that I want. In this case, we could create a calculation, and have Access go through our order dates, and figure out all the months that we have orders for. In reality, there's only going to be a total of 12 different months…
