Add a report header
- [Instructor] No report should be consider complete without those finishing touches that make it a polished document. Things such as page numbers, date and time stamps, and logos help present a professional looking report. In this movie we're going to finish up our Lifetime Sales report my adding in those elements. Let's go ahead and open it up. Now we can add those elements into different sections of our report called headers and footers. Let's switch our view into design view and we'll take a look. Already on our report we have a page header section here at the top and a page footer section at the bottom. The page header section will appear at the beginning of every page. And the page footer will appear at the bottom of every page. Now we can add date and time stamps and page numbers into these sections. And they're nothing more than adding in unbound textboxes with calculated control sources. These are exactly the same as what we added in the previous movie with these textboxes…
