Add a form header: Access 2016: Forms and Reports in Depth

Form headers are a distinct zone at the top of a form that can be used to place titles and other information about the contents of the form. When used on a form with lots of scrolling records, the header stays fixed on the top of the screen in order to provide a constant reference point and reminder about the form’s purpose.
