- [Instructor] Next let's reduce the height of our detail section so that it's tight up against these text boxes. Go ahead and drag that up and I'd like to add in a footer section so that we're calculating the total profit across each region. To do that, I need to open up the Group and Sort window again and then click on the section that says Group on Region. Then I'll click on the More button and I'll choose, without a footer section, I will change this to with a footer section. That'll add any new region footer here. Let's close the Group and Sort window. I'll click in the region footer to select it and I'll come up here to the Format tab and change it's background color using the Shape Fill option. I'll change it to this color right here, it's light gray three and I'll change its alternating row color to No Color. Then I'll go back to the Design tab, grab another text box control and I'll come down and draw a box underneath Profit. That comes in as an unbound text box and I want to…
