- [Instructor] In the previous movie, we set up the main structure of our profit summary report, and now it's time to populate it with the data fields that are coming out of the underlying query. If you don't currently have it open, you can right click on the profit summary in the reports section of the all access objects navigation pane, and just open it straight into Design View. Now, I'm going to turn on the add existing fields window, and here is the field list that shows me all the different fields that are coming out of the query, and all we need to do is drag and drop them into the appropriate sections of our report. So let's start with the year. I'm going to drag and drop that into the year header section. That'll bring in a label, as well as the text box control. I'll select the label and delete it. It's going to be pretty obvious that this is a year when we see it. Then using the arrow keys on my keyboard, I'll just go ahead and nudge it over here to the left hand side of…
