Importing and exporting video

- [Instructor] It's increasingly common today for composers of all musical genres to work with video in conjunction with their music projects. So let's take a look at how you could import video into a live set and export a video that includes your music. So I'm going to go out to the exercise folder that's on the desktop because in that folder, for this particular exercise, you'll see that there is a video files folder, and there's a couple of different video clips there. So I should mention that you can only import Quicktime type video into an Ableton Live set, and both these clips are Quicktime clips. So let's grab this first one here, and you can either create an audio track in Ableton Live first, and then drag this clip onto that track, or if you just drag this clip into the area below your lowest-most track, there's only one in this set, you can then drop it and it will create an audio track and put that clip on the track.
