Creating a default preset

- When you first begin using synthesizers and software instruments, it's often useful to start with existing presets. But after becoming familiar with adjusting and modifying sounds, you may want to start with your own custom preset. I found the default preset for Analog can cause some confusion. So let's take a look at how to modify it. Okay, I'm going to load a default Analog onto a track here. So I've got the first track selected, and I'm going to double click on Analog to load it. So I want to make some changes, and then we'll save this as a default preset. So one of the things I'm going to do is I'm going to click this little dropdown here under the word Shape, and I'm going to change that to this square wave looking icon. And under the Pulse Width, I'm going to set this to 100%. And this gives us an actual square wave. So I'm going to do that for both of these Oscillators. Let me click that one.
