Emailing reports
- [Instructor] Dashboards are report views of your analysis that contain multiple sheets. When you email out your published dashboard, the recipients will only receive the top sheet, and the analysis. If you have the enterprise version of QuickSight, you can subscribe to a dashboard in the report form, and also adjust your report settings. In order to email a report out, we need to start in the dashboard and not in an analysis. We select all dashboards from our QuickSight homepage. You can select a dashboard that you own or are co-owner of. We open up our one dashboard view. If you want to make sure that no one else alters your dashboard, you can create a copy of it. To set up an email report you don't want to click the save as which will creates a new analysis. You want to select the share options. We then select email report.
