In a real-world application, users belong to different roles. Users of different roles would be able to see different resources from each other. In an organization, different people have different roles. Some are administrators, some managers, and other belong to other roles. In other words, a user that belongs to the role of employee should not see the same resources as a user that belongs to role of manager or administrator.
