Usually modular modeling systems omit the modeling of back facing or downward facing polygons. However, the modularity of the meshes brings with it a few choices we'll need to make as to how to model intersecting, back facing and otherwise unseen polygonal faces. In this video we'll take a look at a few of the circumstances where you might consider modeling or not deleting groups of polygons not usually seen by the player.
