- [Instructor] Let's explore the Redshift materials. If you have access to the exercise files, open house portion Redshift complete, and in this scene, I have just one light, that I have previously created. It's the aerial light, and it will be more than enough to take our final renders out of it. Now, currently, we're using all the standard materials. In order to assign the Redshift material, I will press M on my keyboard to bring in the material editor. The Redshift materials are amazing, and let's just quickly explore them. So I'm going to choose one of these slots, and then I will hit the standard button here, and look for the Redshift material. So, Redshift basically provides lots of materials, such as car paint, hair, and the subsurface scattering. But the standard Redshift material is the RS material, I'm going to double click on that to create that material.
