We'll start by opening up the ActiveShade window.…I've applied an Arnold Standard Surface material…onto this terrain.…Let's take a look at that.…Give focus to the main window and press M…to open up the material editor.…Here's the Arnold Standard Surface material for the terrain.…I want to start by adding a normal map…to introduce some bumpiness onto the surface.…And that's going to be a flakes map.…We'll find it in the Maps section under Arnold,…Surface...…
