- [Instructor] This course uses a lot of different programs and so in order to get through the entire course you will have to have a basic version of SketchUp. We're using SketchUp 2018. We're also using 3ds Max 2019 as well as the 3ds Max Asset Library which can be downloaded from Autodesk's app store. In addition to that we're using Allegorithmic's Substance Designer and Bitmap2Material. Now you don't need all of these programs to get through the course just each chapter will require different pieces of software. So to get through those chapters you will need to have the required programs. So if you don't have these set up, go ahead and download the demo versions or the actual versions if you have a license.
